Run Away – Part 3

Sunday 7th September 2008 by Steve Mayne

As always … click the picture to zoom in.

Ohh some new bits to use.

Setting up again.

Is that a hinge I see?

Starting to take shape!

Nice and shiny hinge … won’t take long to go rusty … pair of steel hinges: £1.39, pair of brass hinges, £7.39.

Cutting the weldmesh.

Ahha – our hinged top panel!

The ‘lid’ added. I wonder if it works?

Gazooks! We have a winner!

This must be for the other remaining gap.

Both hinges open!

Both hinges shut … and a chicken within!

It’s Geraldine … I should have known!

All five Chickens checking out the new run.

The Keeper’s arrived … and it’s a perfect fit. Good boy for feeding the chooks!

Quick pep talk from the boy.

Praise from the boy to head-chook.

“Good Job Dad!”

The End.
