Greedy Humans

Saturday 11th October 2008 by Steve Mayne

We’ve scoffed eight eggs today.

For lunch, my wife and I had four eggs betweens us, Eggs Benedict, aka Poached Eggs on Toast with Ham and Hollandaise Sauce.

The boys ate two eggs between them, scrambled, for lunch. My eldest asked for ‘cream’ aka Hollandaise Sauce, and promptly scoffed the lot. That boy has expensive tastes.

Then we had some pancakes for Dinner, shared between the four of us. They were divine pancakes.

My experiment of Pancake + Nutella
Chocolate Crêpe but I forced it down.
