Serenity

Tuesday 7th October 2008 by Steve Mayne

Well the chooks are settling down (a) have forgotten that they used to free range (b) forgotten that they used to have two water feeders (c) forgotten they used to get layers mash for brekkie (d) forgotten they are (were) two separate flocks.

They have scoffed almost all their pellets so I’ll have to make a note to top them up tomorrow lunchtime.

Got seven eggs today – which is nice. Most are a good size now – getting bigger all the time.
