I’ve ordered some Egg Cookbooks off of Amazon – and it’s very interesting how different they are. Two of the three have come through so far, so we have the:
The recipes in the Totally Eggs Cookbook recipes are quite a bit easier – though I do have to hold my hand up and say that we’ve not actually used either book to cook something new.
Both books are good and worth a purchase. The only thing to note is that they are both penned by US Authors so do not have metric measurements, and refers to ‘Cups’. This is a slight hardship as we do all our cooking by using Digital Scales in metric- but I’m sure the results with some care will work out fine.
Oh, and some of the ingredients are odd but nothing that a few minutes with Google can’t work out – Smoked Salmon is ‘Lox’ and Courgette is ‘Zucchini’.
