Speaking of breakfast in my earlier post, I’ve found a way to do fried egg on toast that is much lower on bad-for-you-fats.
There’s a spray Olive Oil you can get from Supermarkets, which when used on a non-stick frying pan allows you to cook fried egg on toast without the need for butter.
So, couple of sprays of Olive Oil into the Frying Pan, crack an egg in to a very hot pan, season slightly, and reduce the heat to low. Put the bread in the toaster to toast. When the white is set, which will take longer without using butter, put the toast onto a plate, place the egg on top, then give it a small squirt of HP Sauce (variety of your choosing) to moisten the bread.
It’s yummy! And good on Saturated Fat content.
