As promised – here’s our small supply of fruit and veg, plus herbs.
I’ll add scanned images in due course of the plans of items we have planted.
So – in the oddly shaped tub (from B&Q;, £30) we have a collection of a number of herbs. Some came from our old herb-garden, the rest is seed. And on the right is my Nan’s Bay Tree. We need to find a larger pot for this.
We have a replacement fence-panel in the wings, just waiting for some decent weather.
This raised-bed we planted a few weeks ago – and the lettuce are already on their way. We have spring onion, onions, cabbage, spinach plus a few other bits. To the back are some Raspberry canes – we’ll define the bed in due course.
In these two beds, only one of which is full, we have carrots, various lettuce, various beans, and chilli’s. Tomatoes to follow, along with a few other bits. Just in front of the dilapidated shed (probably to be replaced this year) we have some potatoes growing in some recycled Layers-Pellets bags.
