For the last two and a big weeks I have been on the Couch to 5k Running Program. I’ll be honest, I’ve never felt better in my entire life than I do right now. Well apart from aching knees but carrying my kids gave me that. So if you have an old audio player (MP3 / CD or even cassette tape!) to listen to the NHS Podcasts, the only other thing you need is a pair of trainers. More details, all on the NHS Website. Steve
