Anyone want a cucumber…or twenty?

It’s harvest time in the Mayne Family garden. I have been harvesting the cucumbers for a few weeks and we appear to be having a bumper crop!

This is a picture of tonight’s harvest…the question is now: what to do with lots and lots of cucumbers?

The cucumber plants are taking over the raised beds…the sunflowers are starting to be strangulated by them!
