So on week 6, Run 3 of my Couch to 5k, and today (despite having a huge day out yesterday at Marwell) did my scheduled run which was 5 mins walking, 25 mins running and 5 minutes walking.
I got to the 25 minutes running and I felt great so popped another 5 or so minutes of running … and this works out at a 5km time of 32 minutes (plus hills!).
I’m happy with that – not bad for a geek and one that 7 weeks ago got out of puff crossing the road!
Have got a few days off from running now – back to it on Monday!
