Tomorrow brings on week 5 of the NHS Couch lardy-bum to 5k running. I can honestly say, if I can do this, so can most people. Weight is dropping off and I don’t recognise my own legs, I seem to have swapped them for Usain Bolt’s. Well, maybe his legs at age 90.
