New Computer Store “grabalaptop” opens in the former site of the Waterlooville Mcdonalds in a couple of months time.
Although both McDonalds and grabalaptop both sell chips – that is where the similarity ends.
grabalaptop sell second-user and refurbished laptop and desktop machines, prices on their website look good – and the machines look quite capable as business or student computers.
We did notice that some of the computers being sold included Windows XP – which is an operating system which is no longer maintained by Microsoft which makes the computer unsuitable to be connected to the internet.
An unsupported version of Windows will no longer receive software updates from Windows Update. These include security updates that can help protect your PC from harmful viruses, spyware, and other malicious software, which can steal your personal information
