We’ve written a few times about the changes taking place at the Cowplain Recreational Ground children’s play park and now we’re able to show you what the outside area for the children will look like, even before it’s finished.
Oh, I’m getting ahead of myself, here is the play park in August 2014, and here in the play park in December 2014.
The lovely people over at Sutcliffe Play (a British manufacturer, and a company fully owned by the employees) and have kindly allowed us to give you a sneak peak of what the play park will look like when it is complete.

A big thanks to Havant Borough Council who are funding the play park upgrade.
any idea when it will be finished? I know they stopped due to bad weather
Sorry Alice, we don’t know. It looks worth the wait though!
Alice – we have asked the team who are dealing with this to give us an update on this park and the one on Elizabeth Road. When they do we will let you know.
In Wecock Farm many parks have been taken away or have not been replaced with new equipment such as one in my road between Thrush Walk and Bunting Gardens we are left with grass and also the small park in Fulmer Walk which has had its ground renovated but not its equipment i am aware of the new park in Linnet close but Hart Plain avenue is too dangerous to let my child cross plus the park is too far for him and others in my area to go there alone also Jubillee park needs new equipment as its out dated also if Denmead can have a fantastic new park and Padnel why can`t we.

Here’s a satellite map of Cowplain Recreation Park (it’s centered) a lot of people didn’t know it existed. Don’t use your SatNav via postcode to get there otherwise you’ll end up in a cul de sac! https://goo.gl/maps/wRB9h
