Waterlooville Summer Fete Jubilee Park 2015

Wednesday 19th August 2015 by Steve Mayne

The annual Waterlooville Fete, organised by the Waterlooville Community Forum Events Team took place last Sunday. The weather held out, there were around 100 stalls, arena events from 11am till 3pm, plus the dog show run by the former landlady of The Woodpecker.

Over 2,500 people attended the event (and us!).

We took a few photos, please find them in this picture gallery (click for larger):

If you have any feedback, the WCF Events team would love to hear from you, feel free to leave a message below!

It was a great event and it was especially encouraging to see so many people. I do think that the timing of the mayor’s speech was at the wrong time as the Gospel Road Choir had to wait to perform and a great number of the audience left as the mayor departed to look round the stalls, which was a shame for the choir.
