Candy’N’Cards Waterlooville next to the bus stop in Waterlooville Precinct has been here, it seems, forever?
The owner is retiring, and the shop is available to rent.
Perhaps Candy’N’Cards will close with the owner’s retirement, perhaps someone will come forward to purchase the business?
The shop is 1,348 Square Feet, a snip at £30,000 per year to lease.
Lovely couple hope they enjoy there retirement
I wish I could take it over and keep the business going!
I’ve always known it to be candy and cards I also remember when a hairdressers was upstairs accessed by a door in middle of shop opp tills! It has declined stock wise a bit since it’s hey day but will be a shame if it goes!

It will be sad to see it close down, hope someone takes over and keeps it going. I remember buying my Birthday & Christmas cards in there years ago when I got off the bus.
Shame to see it go.. My dad managed the shop for years!
I remember when my mum used to take me to the hairdressers that was upstairs! .. sad to see this place go :(
That’s a shame , I know its been there forever but I have never been in there!
I bought my first Halloween mask in there in 1980. It’ll be sad to see it go :(
Find them both very rude !!!!
I think the current owners should employ a good manager to run it for them for passive income. I looked at the business a while back.
Wasn’t it a shoe shop at one time ?
No the shoe shop was were sub way is now
Wooo Rick Hallmann 1980? That’s a while ago!!
