Candy’N’Cards Waterlooville Closing?

Sunday 1st November 2015 by Steve Mayne

Candy’N’Cards Waterlooville next to the bus stop in Waterlooville Precinct has been here, it seems, forever?

The owner is retiring, and the shop is available to rent.

Perhaps Candy’N’Cards will close with the owner’s retirement, perhaps someone will come forward to purchase the business?

The shop is 1,348 Square Feet, a snip at £30,000 per year to lease.

I think the current owners should employ a good manager to run it for them for passive income. I looked at the business a while back.
