Hello Fat Face! Dunsbury Hill Farm Business Park

Sunday 28th May 2017 by Steve Mayne

Spread the love

The new business park located between Waterlooville and Leigh Park, already has it’s first building. The building will be the new distribution centre for Fat Face, Fat Face is moving from their current premises in Havant.

It is unlikely that a cinema, bowling, or ice skating facilities will be built on this new business park although it may contain a hotel. This new business park is accessible on foot from Waterlooville via the A3(M) pedestrian motorway bridge.

Waste of a good venue for recreation. Could quite easily make money due to the huge increase in size of waterlooville and it’s gradual takeover of the surrounding ‘villages’ 🙁

      Sunday 28th May 2017 at 11:16

I agree – lots of opportunities for businesses to grow and expand, but for the workers who will be living in that area there’ll be nothing. Waterlooville needs some more recreation facilities and not just open spaces or a swimming pool – some sort of cinema facility is what the area really needs. I lived in Waterlooville from 1984 to 1987 and again from 1993 to 2014 and although it’s a nice place to live, getting to the nearest cinema is an expensive trip by taxi if you don’t drive :(

It’ll be better news when new business moves into the area, rather than an existing business moves a few miles down the road within the same borough, I think.

  20. Angela Agate says

    Sunday 28th May 2017 at 18:17

Who on earth would want to stay at an hotel there?! What an eyesore. I guess this means more traffic congestion. You can’t bring back the countryside once it’s gone.🤐

Yeah I noticed that when I went for a walk up there the other day, looked like they are using it for storage. Do you know if they are the going to develop on that field too? that would be a Shame.

Hi, yes all of the fields are going to be developed. It will be a huge business park.
