The new business park located between Waterlooville and Leigh Park, already has it’s first building. The building will be the new distribution centre for Fat Face, Fat Face is moving from their current premises in Havant.
It is unlikely that a cinema, bowling, or ice skating facilities will be built on this new business park although it may contain a hotel. This new business park is accessible on foot from Waterlooville via the A3(M) pedestrian motorway bridge.

Below are a couple of photographs of this soon-to-be-former farmland.

Couple of videos of the area:

New jobs?
Fat Face, same people, same jobs I guess. They are only relocating from Havant.

Katie Butler, Nicola Hawken think we were chatting about this a little while ago x
Olie Lowe Julie Hunphreys no cinema bowling or ice rink just shops and a hotel. Great.
Oh great really worth while so much more they could do….
Yep!!
Waste of a good venue for recreation. Could quite easily make money due to the huge increase in size of waterlooville and it’s gradual takeover of the surrounding ‘villages’ ð
I agree – lots of opportunities for businesses to grow and expand, but for the workers who will be living in that area there’ll be nothing. Waterlooville needs some more recreation facilities and not just open spaces or a swimming pool – some sort of cinema facility is what the area really needs. I lived in Waterlooville from 1984 to 1987 and again from 1993 to 2014 and although it’s a nice place to live, getting to the nearest cinema is an expensive trip by taxi if you don’t drive :(

Thought it was always just going to be business park. Have been waiting to see which other companies would be going there as really wanted a job I could walk to!
Used to play all around Dunsbury Hill Farm @ 45 odd years ago when it was a farm and in open countryside … how things have changed ….
Thought it was only ever gonna be a business park
Was proposed to be an Equestrian Centre, then a Golf Club, many years ago — guess what, planning permission was turned down!
Good for business

Thought of you Hannah Willmott.. Will you be moving to this new one? xx
No I won’t be moving it’s just a new warehouse :) xx
Greg Nithsdale u moving here?
Yeah mate x
where’s the footbridge? Is it the one by tempest avenue?
Yes that’s the one
I thought they may be putting a proper cycle lane in over the motorway
Some hope
It’ll be better news when new business moves into the area, rather than an existing business moves a few miles down the road within the same borough, I think.
Who on earth would want to stay at an hotel there?! What an eyesore. I guess this means more traffic congestion. You can’t bring back the countryside once it’s gone.ð¤
We need a cinema. Petersfield needs us to have a cinema.

Is the unit fully in use. I thought there was some dispute between Portsmouth and Havent Councils on the access road.
The joke is Hampshire county council say the road is not up to standard, that’s why new road not open.
Cinema required!!
Yes
Tom Briley are you still working for Fat Face? Much closer to you now!!
I don’t work for them anymore. Would’ve been ideal tho ð
Perhaps this may give HBC some new ideas?
before anyone jumps in with both feet it is joke, AKA fake news
The question is, will the area remain fenced off until the rest of the warehouses and hotel are built?
Shame no entertaining things for the evening or day. Needed more lots hotels pop up now
They have now started to work right up next to the path at the top end of the dirt track(old park lane) and the field which the motor cross bikes hurl around in
Yeah I noticed that when I went for a walk up there the other day, looked like they are using it for storage. Do you know if they are the going to develop on that field too? that would be a Shame.
Hi, yes all of the fields are going to be developed. It will be a huge business park.
