Review of Adventure Wonderland near Bournemouth

Tuesday 29th August 2017 by Steve Mayne Leave a Comment

My youngest son wanted to go to Adventure Wonderland for this birthday treat, he had previously visited this attraction with his preschool many years before. The drive to Bournemouth was uneventful and the attraction was easy to find. Entry to Adventure Wonderland for a family of five was very reasonable and to keep costs down we brought our own packed lunch.

The park is aimed as preschool kids to the lower teens, but there were many older children at the park. We only had to queue for one of the rides, the rest of the rides we pretty much had almost instant access.

It is easy to fill a whole day at Adventure Wonderland, there are lots of rides, attractions and other things to do such as a massive maze, play parks, petting zoo as well as a massive indoor softplay. Adventure Wonderland is adjacent to Bournemouth Airport and it is possible to observe planes taking off any landing from a special viewing area.

The staff were friendly and approachable and the park itself was very clean and well maintained.

All of our boys enjoyed the day out and spoke about it for many days afterwards, we’d thoroughly recommend this theme park, it is much less hectic than Paulton’s Park for example. We will return next year.

Below is a gallery of photograph of our day out which I hope gives a flavour of what is on offer at Adventure Wonderland.

If you have been to Adventure Wonderland please let us know what you thought of it in the comments section below.
