Berewood 2017 update and a quicker way to get to the Recycling Center/Tip

Monday 30th October 2017 by Steve Mayne

Two years ago we took a drive around the new ‘Garden City’ of Berewood located next to Waterlooville, there will be 3,000 new homes built here.

A few of you had been in touch to tell us about a quicker way to get to the Recycling Center/Tip avoiding the Hambledon Road traffic lights, so this video takes is through Berewood, over the new bridge and to the recycling centre then returns via a different route.

This video is almost seven minutes long due to how totally ginormous Berewood is, in places you’ll see roads and bus stops but no houses, it is quite surreal.
