The landlord of Wellington Way has made available a “revised proposal” for the redevelopment of Wellington Way. The revised, softer proposal is available for viewing in the empty retail unit in Wellington Way located between Thomas Cook and Sue Ryder.
We expect there will be at least one other proposal revision prior to going to planning; with the multiple proposal approach developers can demonstrate that they have listened to feedback from the public and listened to feedback from the town’s stakeholders thus making a more compelling argument for the redevelopment.
