For Sale: Waterlooville’s The Boulevard Precinct

Waterlooville’s The Boulevard Precinct is for sale at the bargain price of £3,457,000. The Boulevard comprises of 21 retail units.

The retail units for sale start at British Heart Foundation down to Get Gorgeous, then from Travel Planners up to The Old English Sweet Company.

The average of the lease expiry for all of these businesses is 7.2 years. The Boulevard Precinct currently returns a gross income of £337,625 per year.

Fawcett Mead, the agent promoting the sale of the properties, suggests that the precinct could benefit from the inclusion of residential development.
